Hilancer vs Flux Talent: Which Argentine ATS Fits You?
Flux Talent and Hilancer are two ATS platforms built in Argentina. Both read CVs with AI, have a visual pipeline, send emails with your brand and target freelance recruiters and agencies. At first glance they do the same thing. The difference is the focus: Flux Talent has AI decide who to call, with a ranking and automatic rejection below a threshold; Hilancer focuses on making sure every candidate gets a reply and on your reputation as a recruiter, with a free plan that never expires and a Pro plan with uncapped AI.
This comparison is written by the Hilancer team. Flux Talent's data comes from its public website (fluxtalent.com.ar), checked on October 12, 2026. If something has changed, let us know and we will fix it.
What Flux Talent Offers
Its pitch is direct: "upload the vacancy, AI reads the CVs and tells you who to call." According to its website:
- AI matching: compares each candidate with the vacancy across four dimensions (experience, education, skills and competencies), with an overall score and one per category. It flags strengths, gaps and red flags, and the ranking updates itself.
- Automatic rejection by threshold: you set a minimum match percentage and anyone below it is rejected automatically.
- CV parsing: PDF, DOC or DOCX, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- AI-suggested interview questions, plus help writing the vacancy.
- Pipeline as kanban, table or dashboard, and automatic emails with your brand and signature.
- Self-scheduled interviews: the candidate picks a time and the Meet or Zoom meeting is created automatically.
- Executive dashboard with time to fill, rejection rate, source and quality.

What Hilancer Offers
Hilancer is an ATS + recruitment CRM for independent recruiters and small agencies. It reads and analyzes CVs with AI, scores compatibility with each position and lets you search candidates in your base. The focus is on the process as seen from the outside: every stage change triggers an email with your template, candidates can see the status of their application and, at the end, a survey measures how they experienced it.
The plans: Lite is free forever, with one active process at a time, unlimited candidates, an application link, your branded portal, automatic feedback and 30 AI credits per month. Pro costs US$15 per month (currently 30% off at US$9.99) and has no caps: unlimited processes and unlimited AI, so every incoming CV gets analyzed, whether you receive 20 or 2,000. It adds Google or Outlook calendar, report export and Claude integration, and comes with a 14-day free trial. For agencies with several recruiters there is Teams, priced on request. You pay in US dollars by card or in Argentine pesos with Mercado Pago.

The Core Difference: Who Decides
Flux Talent is designed for AI to make the first cut. With a match threshold, profiles that fall short are rejected automatically and you are left with a short ranking. At high volume, that saves many hours. The trade-off is the same as with any automatic filter: a strong candidate with a poorly built CV can be left out without you ever seeing them, so it is worth calibrating the threshold and checking the rejected pile from time to time.
Hilancer filters too, but with rules you write: screening questions with knockout conditions (availability, salary range, a must-have requirement). AI reads the CV and shows you the compatibility, and the decision to move someone forward stays with you. Where it puts the most effort is in what happens next: nobody left without a reply, candidates knowing where they stand, and your brand being the one they remember.
Neither approach is better in the abstract. It depends on whether your bottleneck is reading hundreds of CVs or taking care of every person in the process.
Capped AI or Uncapped AI
This is the most concrete difference between the two. In Flux Talent, every paid plan caps the CVs analyzed with AI: 200 on Starter, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Enterprise. Its own homepage example shows a vacancy with 142 applications; two searches like that already exceed Starter. If you get high volume, you will have to upgrade or choose which CVs to analyze.
On Hilancer Pro, AI has no cap. Every incoming CV is read, its profile built and its compatibility with the position scored, without counting how many you have used this month. Processes are unlimited too, so the price does not change if you open one more search or a vacancy gets three times the expected applicants. The only plan with an AI limit is Lite, the free one, with 30 credits per month.
On currency: Flux Talent publishes prices in pesos, which is convenient if you invoice in pesos. Hilancer prices are in US dollars, but in Argentina you can pay in pesos with Mercado Pago.

Where Hilancer Is Stronger

- Unlimited candidates on every plan, with no CV cap per plan.
- Candidate experience from the free plan: branded portal, application status panel and satisfaction survey.
- Tools for your brand as a recruiter: free public portfolio, Chrome extension for LinkedIn and Claude integration.
- A 14-day Pro trial, on top of the free plan.

- You get high volume and do not want to count CVs: on Pro, AI and processes have no cap.
- You prefer filters with explicit rules over automatic rejection by score.
